Guidance

UK student visa guidance

GEC offers immigration and visa counselling as part of its placement services. Visa decisions are made by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) — not by GEC.

What is a CAS?

A Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) is issued by a licensed education provider when you have an unconditional offer. You generally need a CAS before applying for a UK Student visa. Always confirm current rules on GOV.UK Student visa.

Documents to prepare

Typical evidence includes your passport, academic documents, and English language evidence where required. Exact lists depend on your nationality and course — we review this with you on a free consultation.

Money and living costs

See official guidance: GOV.UK — money you need. GEC does not publish a visa success rate.
